Glazing Medium can be used on virtually all surfaces. For Antiquing, brush glaze over a pre-painted or inked gourd and use a soft cloth or paper towel to remove excess glazing leaving color in recessed areas.
Dry brushing is another way to produce a soft sheen of a metallic finish in recessed areas.
You can add Accent Powders to create a metallic translucent glow to your surface. You can also layer several colors on top of each other and your colors will continue to be translucent. Mix your acrylic paints or Memories Inks with the glazing medium to create an overlay of color. Black Powder , Ink or Paint is especially attractive over your colors and it tones down your metallics to create more depth of color. Ratio: 2 Glazing Medium to 1. Add a drop more at a time if you desire your color more translucent.

Maria's Art Creations Sealer
Apply sealer with a brush or sponge to your surface, especially raw and porous surfaces, to form a barrier to prevent bleeding of product. Add Maria's Polyurethane Varnish for the flexibility and to make this product adhere to your surface for a texture effect. You can sand, stain, paint, cut and drill into this surface once dried.
